Refund Policy

Reps is a service of Sundarapilates LLC. We want you to be confident in your purchase of a Reps Pro subscription.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Reps Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This applies to your first purchase of a monthly or yearly plan.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Reps purchases. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Reply to the Paddle receipt email you received at the time of purchase, or
  • Contact us through the in-app support channel and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

Subscription Renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. If a renewal charge was processed and you'd like a refund for that renewal, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date and we'll review the request in line with this policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
